New products

Biax Communications provides service on all products purcased form us. Products are installed by qualified Biax technicians and includes a one year warrany on all parts and labour. After one year we provide Biax Service Agreement. The service agreement includes all parts and labour and is a 4 year contract.

Refubished or previously owner products

Biax Communications sometimes may be able to provide you with a product that was either manufacture refurbished or a rare case that we take trade in on a reusable product. We provide one year warranty for these products aswell.

Products not purcased form Bix Communications

We receive many calls from owners and managers that their vendors can not be located or that they are not happy with the service that they are receiving from their vendor. For these systems Biax shall visit your site and examine the product and may provide a service agreement.

Custom Products

If you need a custom product to meet your need, Biax may be able to provide just what you are looking for. If we could not we will try to find a vendor who can.
